Mostly-veggie Personal Pizza Ceahow-friendly


Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat regular or toaster oven to broil.
  • Spread the pizza sauce on the crust, then add the rest of the ingredients, with the mozzarella on top.
  • Put onto pizza pan and broil until mozzarella is slightly browned.
  • CEAHOW NOTE:
  • The Flour-free Veggie Pizza Crust =
  • 1 c veggies + 1/2 protein + 1 T of your daily bran
  • The toppings =
  • Well, ...
  • however much of your remaining protein serving you want to devote to cheese and meat, plus
  • however much of your spaghetti/pizza sauce serving you want to use, plus
  • however much of your fat serving you want to use up in olives and/or cream cheese, plus
  • however much of your remaining veggies you want to use (mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, peppers, etc.)
